The breakfast was super tasty with so many options, and the efficient AC kept the room nice and cool during our stay. The small garden area provided a lovely spot to relax with a good book, and we also enjoyed the cozy outdoor seating. The bathroom could have used a bit more space, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. definitely grab a tram pass to explore the area easily! 😊

Close proximity to key landmarks like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque makes exploring a breeze. The Family Room with Sea View offered stunning vistas, making for a pleasant wake-up experience.
The room cleanliness left something to be desired. ripped curtains, peeling wallpaper, and dirty floors impacted the overall comfort. Rooms appeared old, with potential mold in the atmosphere, making them unsuitable for allergy sufferers. Internet connectivity was unreliable during our stay, causing inconvenience. Breakfast options weren't plentiful, and the tea service was limited due to lack of in-room heating devices. getting a cup of tea at night became a hassle. Charges for the taxi to the airport raised doubts about transparency.

the breakfast buffet was super varied & start at 8:00, and it was always fresh. the room was quiet, comfy with controllable AC and had a bidet which was cool. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially with our plumbing issue, they fixed it fast. the location was awesome, super close to transport options, made it easy to hit up all the main sights. really, dont let the street appearance fool u, it’s a great base to explore istanbul!

what a disappointment! the staff were so rude, it was almost impressive. the breakfast selection was so limited, i couldn't help but feel sorry for myself. i thought a room upgrade would be automatic for someone like me, but i guess that’s just too much to ask. almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.

The room had soundproofing and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Super clean and comfy, loved the parquet floors! Staff were super helpful, making arrivals so chill.
